How to create a botanical installation – a masterclass Wednesday 25 June 2025 with Fiona Pickles

Fiona Pickles will give a mesmerising masterclass in transforming found and foraged items, including waste and debris from the West Dean Gardens and the wider estate, into an impromptu and dramatic site-specific botanical installation or piece of land art.

This demonstration-based day will show you how to approach an alchemic transformation of discarded items into a site-specific botanical installation, inspired by the Salvador Dali painting, Vegetal Metamorphosis.
