Course Description

Learn to set up a management system allowing access to information quickly and efficiently, keeping on top of your accounting, managing cash flow, setting up a trade account and managing clients.

This informative course is led by Evey Dunbavin-Hands, an experienced practising interior designer who aims to help ensure your business is documented and run in an organised, legal and profitable manner.

Course outcomes:

Understanding the fundamentals of accounting and day-to-day administration required.

Managing the client – understanding your client requirements, their expectations and how best to communicate to realise the best outcome.

This one-day course is the notional second in the KLC Interior Business Skills series. These Business Skills courses can be taken independently, or in any order you wish, but this is our suggested order:
