This course covers the paperwork, activities, and legislation you are likely to encounter when turning your designs into reality.

Building trade contracts

Building works estimates and quotations

Building control regulations: Building notice, Party wall legislation, and listed buildings

Finding and dealing with build trades and contractors

Building trade insurance

Preparing a tender document

This one-day course is the notional fourth in the KLC Interior Business Skills series. These Business Skills courses can be taken independently, or in any order you wish, but this is our suggested order:
