Course Description

This Interior Design Short Course focuses on the fundamentals of designing for residential interiors, covering subjects such as the design process, colour, using fabrics and trimmings, lighting, space planning to scale, soft furnishings, developing a concept, sourcing, presentation boards and managing a residential project. The course culminates in producing a professional quality concept board and sample board for a room in your own home or for a KLC-provided client.

Anybody thinking about entering the industry via one of KLC School of Design's renowned qualification courses and wanting to test the water.

Any person who wants some fundamental knowledge and skills for their own personal design projects.

Anyone with an interest in design looking to broaden their knowledge and have an enjoyable experience!

9.30am arrival on day 1. Teaching hours 10.00am - 4.45pm
