About this course

Make stained glass Christmas decorations: a snowman, a robin and an angel, as you learn how to cut glass, copperfoil, solder and finish your decoration.

Course Description

On this course, you will make a set of three glass Christmas decorations: a snowman, a robin and an angel. Each decoration will measure about 11cm high. If time permits, you can make more decorations, although there will be a charge for the extra materials, which should be paid to the tutor by cash/cheque on the day.

You will learn how to cut and prepare the glass, and how to copperfoil, solder and finish the hanging. Each stage will be demonstrated by the tutor and will be followed by individual tutor support.

This one-day course follows a set project specifically designed and prepared by the tutor. Changes to the design can’t be done due to the logistics of the course.
