Selecting trees for future gardens and landscapes – Henrik will discuss aspects that need to be considered when selecting trees for site and function, focusing on what makes the trees suitable for a particular situation and how they perform to be successful for the site and provide ecosystem services. These aspects are crucial for us in order to communicate why some trees are better than others.
Can't see the forest for the trees – A discussion about the possibilities and techniques for creating more complex micro-forest environments with high aesthetic and functional values.
After lunch – Trees from A to Z, where Henrik will discuss a wide variety of tree species and cultivars and their capacity to thrive in different habitats and deliver important ecosystem services.
