Join us for a celebration of creativity and seasonal indulgence on this two-hour Christmas wreath-making workshop, followed by a festive two-course lunch.

Guided by resident West Dean florist Clare Brown, learn how to craft your own bespoke festive wreath using an array of fresh foliage, natural accents, and decorative touches. Following the workshop, you can relax and enjoy a festive two-course lunch, thoughtfully prepared to complement the season. 

Whether you're joining with friends, family, or colleagues, this experience promises to be a joyful blend of hands-on creativity and delicious dining. Spaces are limited, so book early to disappointment and make this festive season truly special.

Sample menu

Starters

  • Beetroot-cured salmon with pickled apple, horseradish and creme fraîche
  • Venison & smoked bacon terrine with spiced plum chutney and watercress
  • Roasted pumpkin velouté with toasted pumpkin seeds and sage oil

Mains

  • Pan-seared hake with buttered new potatoes, parmesan crisp and tomato fondue
  • Stuffed squash with chestnuts, kale, puy lentils and thyme dressing
  • Slow-braised beef brisket with truffle mash, roasted parsnips and red wine jus

Dessert

  • Christmas yule log with meringue kisses, forest fruits & creme fraîche
  • Orange & cinnamon posset with shortbread
  • Local cheeses with crackers, spiced pear chutney & fruits
