Describe your approach to teaching:
I aim to help students see possibilities, learn and apply new
skills and express individual ideas. Together we explore how an
understanding of tradition, purpose and function informs the making
process.
What inspires your own work?
Letterforms fascinate me, their potential to influence the
communication of ideas and impressions, both in historical and
contemporary contexts. Words that are relevant to my current
thinking and experiences inspire me.
