Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions
In-person Short Course Gift Vouchers
- Gift vouchers can be redeemed online at westdean.ac.uk by entering the code shown on your voucher at the checkout, or by calling our Bookings Team on 01242 818300 option 2
- Gift vouchers can be used in part or full payment; no cash alternative is offered, against the course fee for in-person, onsite courses at our Sussex and London campuses. Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed against accommodation
- Gift vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed against our online short courses, at West Dean Gardens, or West Dean retail outlets
- Gift vouchers are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated
- Customers have the right to cancel a gift voucher purchase within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund, provided the voucher has not been redeemed or used
- Once the 14-day cooling-off period has expired, gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded
- Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers cannot be replaced or refunded
- Gift vouchers cannot be extended beyond their expiry date
- Any remaining balance on a gift voucher cannot be exchanged for cash
- Gift vouchers are subject to availability and any specific terms relating to the product, course or experience purchased

Online Short Course Gift Vouchers
- Online short course gift vouchers can be redeemed from our online platform at onlinecourses.westdean.ac.uk by entering the code shown on your voucher at the checkout. Vouchers are not redeemable against the following courses and course types:
- Masterclasses
- Sessions
- Certificates,
- Tapestry weaving - learn the basics
- Mixed media painting - making connections with your environment
- Mark-making in tapestry weaving
- Basketry masterclass - key aspects of English square wor
- Basketry masterclass - additional techniques
- Gift vouchers are valid for two years from the date of issue. The expiry date is shown on your voucher
- Gift vouchers cannot be used in part payment, and no cash alternative is offered
- Gift vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed against in-person, on-site campus courses at West Dean Gardens, or West Dean retail outlets
- Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers cannot be replaced or refunded
