Free

Join our West Dean graduates from the 2026 MA in Creative Writing and Publishing programme read from the published anthology of their work, entitled 'Opening Lines' - Professionaly published by Epoque Press.

Students come to West Dean to write their books. They spend the first year of the programme working toward a completed first draft of a novel (or in occasional circumstances a collection of short stories). They come back in the second year and begin to refine, revise, redraft and review their work.

Please join us in celebrating the publication, and hear tasters of their funny, moving, beautiful, stories.
