“This collection of abstract sculptures explores change in nature. Harsh scrap is forged into loose, flowing natural forms. Opening up space draws the surrounding environment into each sculpture, telling a story rooted in place.” James Wild
A blacksmith’s apprentice in Cornwall in 2009, James has since developed an award-winning style across private and public commissions in the UK and abroad. Resourcefulness and circularity sit at the heart of his practice, balancing the raw intensity of metal with the purity of natural form.
Set among the landscape, the sculptures are best experienced in person. Take a slow stroll and see how each piece is unique in its own way, and how the light and the gardens bring them to life.
