The day will begin with a presentation on propagation throughout the year at Marchants Garden and Nursery. After break, there will be a stroll round West Dean Gardens, looking closely for signs of plants that are ready to propagate.
After choosing a plant to split, the fun begins! This will be a hands-on experience looking at how to divide a plant, take different kinds of cuttings and how to sow seed. We will look at the different array of tools and methods that can be used. Any plants you make are yours to take home at the end of the day.
