Colin Mantripp
Colin Mantripp is a woodcarver with a long list of illustrious clients and a good background in teaching at various institutions including the V and A in London.
Colin became an apprentice to his grand-father’s firm of architectural woodwork and furniture makers after leaving school and carving in the search for beauty in design has become his life.
He runs his own workshop – Lillyfee – in Penzance where he fulfils commissions for a long list of clients. His work includes renovations for well known institutions such as Eton College, Windsor Castle and numerous stately homes both here and abroad as well as for individual clients.
