Describe your approach to teaching
My teaching approach connects deeply with students, ensuring they feel safe and open to learning. I blend traditional marbling roots and materials with space for creative expression using various pigments and surfaces like fabric and ceramics.
What inspires your own work
My inspirations stem from my roots, emotions, and inner world, often stirred by the outside world. Nature deeply inspires me—tree barks, stones, and the forms and colours surrounding us. Connecting with the four elements: water, earth, fire, and air helps me find balance and fuels my work.
