Approach to teaching
My approach to teaching is to use examples of contemporary poetry combined with lots of different writing exercises to help dig a bit deeper into how to find the creative spark that makes great poetry.

What inspires your own work
In my own work I am inspired by curiosity, trying to examine what lies behind our shared experience of living. I love editing early rough drafts into finished pieces.
