Jon Evans

Jon’s passion for historic buildings and their preservation led him to found Heritage Surveys Ltd in 2009. Prior to this, he held the role of Director and Head of the Heritage Conservation Team at a prominent property consultancy in the City.

As a Chartered Building Surveyor with over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Jon’s primary focus is providing project management and technical consultancy services to his clients in the conservation and repair of historic buildings of all grades.

Beyond his professional responsibilities, Jon is committed to fostering the future of the building conservation profession. He has previously served as an assessor for the RICS and actively participates in CPD seminars and presentations on building conservation and building pathology.
