Describe your approach to teaching
I’m a thorough and methodical teacher, passionate about YA books and characters. My approach to teaching is open and curious; I encourage discussion and close exploration of ideas and concepts.

What inspires your own work?
I’m inspired by liminal spaces; the idea that you can’t ever really go home; lonely girls living on the fringes of life; woodlands; closed communities; surrealism; the possibility of the supernatural.
