Pauline Greuell
Pauline Greuell is a self-taught fabric printer, surface pattern designer and teacher. She has developed her own techniques in stencil printing and has been teaching them over the past few years, working with Selvedge Magazine, different international venues and in her own Zoom courses.
Describe your approach to teaching
My approach to teaching is to offer many techniques and ideas in order to facilitate students in making prints in their own style and with their own inspiration.
What inspires your own work?
My work is often inspired by nature, but I have also made a series of designs inspired by specific style periods (Mid-Century Modern, Art Deco) and also like to make abstract prints and patterns.
