Enjoy freshly baked focaccia made with West Dean flour, with garden herb butter, before diving into starters like heirloom tomato carpaccio or Chichester Harbour gin-cured Chalkstream trout.
Our mains showcase the season’s finest, from charred cabbage with haricot beans and beetroot, to tender braised West Dean beef with seasonal greens and currant jus. And finish with indulging in desserts crafted with ingredients grown just steps away.

Our Sunset Suppers series takes place every Friday and Saturday evening from 15th August to 20th September at the Gardens Restaurant.
