Press Release: Easter Egg trails at West Dean Gardens
Children can take part in a traditional Easter Egg Trail around the award-winning West Dean Gardens, where they will be rewarded with a small handmade chocolate treat courtesy of award-winning chocolatiers Montezuma's. Celebrate Easter and bring family and friends to explore the gardens as they burst into life this spring. Relax and enjoy the beauty of the gardens and admire the displays of vibrant spring flowering bulbs. Make time to wander through the historic Edwardian pergola, visit the restored Victorian glasshouses, Walled Kitchen Garden, and the orchards as they come into bud and take a peek at the award-winning Sunken Garden.
Easter Egg trails run throughout the day from 25 - 28 March 9am - 5.00pm, last entry 4.00pm. Normal Adult gardens' entry applies. Children's entry to the gardens FREE. There is a small additional charge of £2.50 per child for the Easter Egg Trail, including two children's activities and a small, handmade chocolate treat for completing the trail. Tickets are availble to book online in advance at www.westdeangardens.org.uk.
